These terms govern your use of voxlate, a WhatsApp bot that transcribes and translates voice notes, operated by Sonokinetic BV (Netherlands). By messaging the bot, you agree to these terms.
You send voxlate a voice note on WhatsApp; it replies with a text transcription/translation in your chosen language. The service is provided over WhatsApp and depends on third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp and our processing providers).
You agree not to use voxlate to process unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, or to resell it without permission. We may suspend access for misuse.
Transcriptions and translations are generated by automated systems and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided “as is” for convenience and must not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions. You are responsible for verifying anything important.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The unlock is a one-time charge. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, unlock purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact son@sonokinetic.com and we’ll try to make it right.
We aim to keep voxlate running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features and limits may change, and the service may be modified or discontinued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, voxlate is provided without warranties of any kind. Sonokinetic BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a translation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock (if any).
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
